OG Anunoby and Jalen Brunson led the Knicks with 29 points each. Anunoby’s pivotal three-point play in overtime gave New York a 106–100 advantage, while Brunson contributed crucial three-pointers during the comeback.
Mikal Bridges, despite a challenging shooting night, made significant plays in overtime, including a decisive steal from Jaylen Brown in the final seconds to secure the victory.
The Celtics struggled with their shooting, missing an NBA playoff-record 45 three-pointers, finishing 15-for-60 from beyond the arc. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown combined for 46 points but shot just 14-of-43 from the field.
